This policy covers how NoDak Labs LLC packs, ships, and tracks orders.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders or package-reshipping services.
Processing and dispatch
In-stock orders placed before noon Central Time on a business day are picked, sealed, and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, go out the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $250.00 or more: standard shipping is free, applied automatically at checkout.
- Orders under $250.00: a flat standard shipping rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Rates shown at checkout are final. We do not add handling fees after an order is placed.
Packaging
Orders ship in a plain outer box or mailer. There are no product names, compound names, or descriptions of the contents printed on the outside. Vials ship sealed and unopened, exactly as they were received into our inventory, with protective packing material appropriate to the order.
Storage and handling
Inventory is held in cold storage from the time it arrives with us until the time it is packed for your order. Transit itself is not temperature-controlled unless a product page states otherwise. Because most lyophilized material tolerates ambient transit, this is standard for the category — but you should inspect and appropriately store your order as soon as it arrives.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to the address on your order as soon as the carrier scans the package in. Carrier scans can lag by a day, particularly over a weekend. If tracking has not updated after two business days, email nodaklabsllc@gmail.com with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
Delivery estimates
Standard domestic transit is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch. This is the carrier’s estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, carrier backlogs, and holiday volume can extend it, and we have no control over a package once it leaves our hands.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before you pay. We ship to the address exactly as entered. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the refund terms in our Refund Policy apply.

Buyer responsibility
All materials are supplied for laboratory and in-vitro research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. By placing an order you confirm you are a qualified buyer purchasing for research purposes and that receipt and possession of these materials is lawful at your delivery address. You are responsible for compliance with any state or local restrictions that apply to you.
