NoDak Labs LLC (“NoDak Labs,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website and online store. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to personal information.
By using this site you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.
Personal information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address.
- Account information — your username, a hashed password, and the research-use and age confirmations you make when you register.
- Order information — the items you view, add to your cart, and purchase, and your order history.
- Payment information — processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and a truncated card reference. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Communications — the content of emails and messages you send us.
- Device and usage information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you navigate the site, collected through server logs and cookies.
Where this information comes from
- Directly from you, when you register, order, or contact us.
- Automatically, from your device and browser as you use the site.
- From our service providers, acting on our behalf.
How we use it
- To operate the store — create and maintain your account, process and fulfil orders, arrange shipping, handle returns, and send you order notifications.
- To verify eligibility — we record the age and research-use confirmation attached to your account, with the date and the version of the terms you agreed to. We retain this as evidence that the materials were supplied to a qualified buyer.
- To communicate with you — respond to enquiries and provide support.
- Marketing — if you opt in, to send you product and promotional email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us.
- Security and fraud prevention — authenticate logins, detect and investigate fraudulent or abusive activity, and secure the site.
- Legal reasons — to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from law enforcement or regulators, and enforce our terms.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only as follows:
- Hosting and platform. This site runs on WordPress and WooCommerce, hosted by HighLevel, Inc. on its managed WordPress infrastructure and served through a content delivery network. Our customer records and email sending are also handled within HighLevel.
- Payment processing. Our third-party payment provider receives the payment details you enter at checkout and processes the transaction under its own privacy policy.
- Shipping carriers — your name and delivery address, in order to deliver your order.
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where reasonably necessary.
- Legal and business transfers — to comply with legal obligations, respond to subpoenas or similar requests, enforce our terms, protect our rights or the rights of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function — keeping you logged in, remembering your cart, and recording that you have completed the entry confirmation. We also use cookies to understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; if you block necessary cookies, the cart and login will not work.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your information for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet legal, tax, accounting and recordkeeping obligations, or to resolve disputes. Age and research-use confirmations are retained for the life of the business record.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- Request that we correct inaccurate information;
- Request that we delete your information;
- Request a portable copy of your information;
- Opt out of marketing email at any time.
To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
