What we sell
NoDak Labs supplies research compounds for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. Material ships sealed and unopened, exactly as it reached us. We do not repackage, split, or relabel.
What it is not
Nothing we sell is a drug, a dietary supplement, a food, a cosmetic, or a medical device. Nothing we sell is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals.
What we will not do
- We do not provide dosing, protocol, reconstitution, or administration guidance, and we will not answer questions asking for it.
- We do not sell to anyone who tells us the material is for personal use.
- We do not claim our products produce any biological, therapeutic, or cosmetic effect.
- We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.
What you confirm when you buy
Registering an account and placing an order means you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are acquiring these materials for laboratory or in-vitro research use only, that you will not administer them to humans or animals or supply them to anyone who will, and that receipt and possession of them is lawful at your delivery address. These confirmations are recorded against your account with a date and terms version.
